Reputation management
Respond to new Google reviews in the customer’s language, surface risk quickly and turn recurring complaints into an action list.
- Language-aware reply drafts
- Negative-review holds and alerts
- Review themes and service issues
We measure what a customer can find out about you before they choose you — your Google profile, your reviews, the competitors beside you, and whether an AI answer names you. Then we help you run it: replies, a booking page, and a review card for your counter.
That is active customer loss, not a missed opportunity. We turn your reply gap, public reviews and competitor activity into a practical monthly briefing your team can act on.
Not another social media agency. We help you understand what customers are saying, what competitors are offering and which creative patterns are worth testing.
Respond to new Google reviews in the customer’s language, surface risk quickly and turn recurring complaints into an action list.
See where you stand against nearby rivals on reviews, rating movement, offers, prices, search visibility and patient or customer sentiment.
Understand which public creative patterns are attracting attention, then receive concepts your own team or agency can produce.
When someone asks Google or an AI assistant to recommend a business, we check whether you are named, who is named instead, and which pages the answer relies on.
Customers book at any hour, including the hours nobody answers the phone. It reads opening hours from your Google profile, so it can never contradict what a customer sees on Google.
Tap or scan, and it goes straight to your Google review form. No screen in between, and no filtering of who gets to write one.
68% of Google searches now end without a click. More and more, the answer arrives before the click does, and that answer names a shortlist. If you are not on it, you are not in the conversation.

“โบท็อกซ์ พัทยา คลินิกไหนดี” “Which Pattaya clinic is good for botox?”
A typical brief does not stop at “post more.” It shows that the clinic’s recent rating had fallen, review flow had slowed, replies were absent, and competitor offers were appearing more frequently.
It also separates what is known from what is not: public activity is observable; paid reach and private conversion data are not.
SOCi analysed 31,326 Google Business Profiles, 4.9 million reviews and 18 industries. Its study found that replying to 100% of reviews was associated with 16.4% higher conversion-oriented actions than replying to none. Those actions are things such as calls, website clicks and direction requests.
That is a useful market benchmark, but it is not a clinic-specific causal guarantee. Our job is to establish your starting point, improve the response system, and show what changes alongside your own Google Business Profile actions when that data is available.

All plans use public data. No long contract, fake reviews or access to your ad account.
For businesses where reviews matter and nobody has the time to manage them properly.
For businesses that want to hold the recommendation as search turns into answers rather than links.
For clinics losing enquiries after hours, and for the 61.3% of Thai clinics with no website at all.
Both are free if you commit, until 30 September 2026. Sign twelve months and the booking engine and a landing page are included at no charge for the whole term. Sign six and you choose one of the two, free for all six. After the term they are ฿2,500 a month each, and you can drop either at the end of any month.
If image-led posts repeatedly attract more public engagement than text-heavy posts on the same page, we report that as a testable attention signal. We do not call it conversion without your enquiry or booking data.
Less wording and more imagery versus more wording. Single treatment versus multi-offer. Human proof versus polished product imagery.
Discount-led, price-anchored, bundle, urgency, first-visit, seasonal or benefit-led. We show the actual wording and how the offer works.
Concept boards and Thai/English copy directions for your designer, internal team or agency to produce.
We never post on your behalf, manage your social accounts, run your ads, hold your budget or control your campaign settings.
If customers compare you online before they book, the same intelligence is useful. The data changes; the operating questions do not.
We prepare a sample competitor and reputation brief using public data, then arrange a time to walk you through it. If it is not useful, that is the end of it.
We can prepare a sample competitor and reputation brief for your business using public data, then discuss what should be monitored every month.
